Section 22
Inspection of books of accounts and other records of the institute
In connection with any case or any other legal proceedings, any court or officer may inspect the books of accounts or any other records of the institute without stopping the work of the institute and present such books of accounts or records to such court or officer. It will be the duty of the institute and the related employees of the institute.
